Key Fob FAQ
My fob stopped working. Is it the battery?
Often, yes. A weak battery is the most common cause, and a new one usually fixes it. If a fresh battery doesn't help, the fob may need repair or reprogramming, and we can do either on site.
Do I need to bring my car anywhere? No. We come to you anywhere in Baltimore City and the surrounding counties. How many fobs can you program? As many as your car allows. Most cars accept several, so it's a good time to add a spare. Will a lost fob still open my car? We erase lost fobs from the car's memory when we program the new one, so they can't be used.
